Are you open? No one answers the phone, rings about 5 times, hits an answering machine and says mailbox full -- wanted to make a reservation but they just do not answer the phone!

I know they should answer the phone sorry to hear that. You don't need a reservation however, and the food is good enough to try them out sir.

Or if you cannot deliver do you have take out?

Yes they do take. But not deliver
